From the moment you take the Sun Blaze out of the eco-friendly recyclable packaging that it comes in, you can unleash the power of the sun with the free Spectralux 6500 kilowatt lamps that are included and pre-installed. The lamps feature a very high lumen-per-wattage rating, which means you get the brightest possible light from relatively low wattage lamps. In addition to the pre-installed lamps, 3000-kilowatt red lamps can be separately purchased to replace the white lights.
All Sun Blaze fixtures feature a new and wider advanced reflector that offers excellent reflection and diffusion. Their durable steel housing is powder-coated to help withstand grow room elements. With the included wire hangers, each Sun Blaze fixture can be hung either horizontally or vertically to accommodate any greenhouse or gardening room setup. Heat is minimized by the louvered design ensuring the Sun Blaze will remain as cool as possible when they are operating. The daisy-chain feature allows multiple Sun Blaze fixtures to be installed in unison and plugged in together to create the perfect lighting conditions and expand the capacity of growing environment. Each of the light fixtures is equipped with a 12-foot power cord, giving home gardeners the added flexibility to place the light where it is needed the most. The fixtures operate only on the standard of 120 volts, so there&rsquo s no need for additional wiring.
The Sun Blaze models which feature eight lamps can also be used as a four-lamp model. It features separate on and off switches so you can operate each four-lamp section individually, making it easy to create the perfect garden-growing conditions.
